PRICE

The price of the Goods shall be the price stated in Pacific Blend’s website at the time which the Buyer makes its offer purchase to Pacific Blend. The pricesshown are inclusive of 6% GST but exclude thedelivery charges which the Buyer shall be liable to pay to Pacific Blend in addition to the price.

DELIVERY

  • The delivery period shall be from the day following the day on which payment receipt is confirmed to completion of delivery.
  • Public holidays, weekends and any other days during which delivery is impracticable due to a force majeure event are not included as part of the delivery period.
  • Under normal circumstances, Pacific Blend will try to ensure that your order is delivered to the recipient's address you provide on the date you requested when placing your order. However, there are times when this is not possible due to problems with the address information that our customers provide or due to problems our drivers encounter when attempting to deliver the order.
  • Therefore, it is important that you ensure that the recipient address you provide is accurate and that you give additional instructions to assist our drivers locate difficult-to-find addresses, providing us with full contact details, including your contact telephone number, your email address and your recipient’s contact telephone number. Failure to provide this contact information may result in us not being able to resolve delivery issues in a timely fashion.

POSTAGE CHARGE & FEE

Pacific Blend charges Only RM 8.00 per purchase for single consignee for Peninsular Malaysia. Pacific Blend will then bear for the balance of the shipping fee, petrol and surcharge of the shipping fee by the government.

FREE DELIVERY

Peninsular Malaysia – Purchase more than RM 80.00 in a single order.

DURING PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

During peak periods, there would be some delay in shipping. Do bear with us as we could not fulfildelivery promise due to massive orders and transaction and availability issues.
